How to enter

Please read the following application notes which are written for all awards, and not everything may apply to the award you are interested in. Then download the relevant nomination/application form using the buttons below.

  • Go to the relevant application form using the buttons below
  • Complete the form by or before the relevant deadline (below)
  • Please do not send additional information (e.g. leaflets, CVs)
  • If you would prefer the application form in another format, please contact us

Eligibility

  • The individual or businesses nominated must be based in the UK
  • For any award for an individual, the person nominated may, or may not be, a professional craftsperson
  • The craft activity must be heritage craft (crafts that have been practised over successive generations and focus on hand skill)

Application schedule

  • All proposers or nominees (depending on the Award) will be informed of the outcome by email
  • Referees may be contacted by Heritage Crafts (but only if the nominee is shortlisted)
  • Finalists will be expected to attend a high-profile Winners’ Reception.
